With only 1 sleep to go we wanted to keep you updated with any info to help you prepare for The Rock Triathlon🙌🏼

ARRIVAL - When you arrive at The Rock Recreation Ground, head to the rooms next to the canteen to get your number on your arm and an electronic timing anklet. No bibs or pins required!

BIKES - The transition area is where you will mount your bikes. This area is in the middle of the oval and signposted. We will have helpers in fluro across the whole course so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need assistance.

BRIEFING - There will be a race briefing before every event where we will talk about the course, rules and distances. This will help you feel prepared going into the race.

FOOD/DRINK - The canteen will be open with eftpos available. Free water and free fruit will be provided to participants at the finish line.

PRESENTATION - This will be conducted in the rooms after the sprint race. Feel free to grab a cold drink, some food and stick around to congratulate our top athletes.

The big one! For those wanting to challenge themselves, for the pres-season enthusiasts, for the lover of triathlons, this is your event. Complete as a team or individually as you take in the sights of our beautiful town and what it has to offer.

The event is as follows:

1. 2km run
2. 20km cycle
3. 300m swim
4. 4km run

Start time: 9:15am

Cost: $45

🏊‍♀️ ENTICER EVENT 🏊‍♀️

Our Enticer event is for those wanting a taste of the triathlon thrill without committing to the full course. It’s a great stepping stone to being able to complete our Sprint race. Perfect for those starting out and wanting to find their confidence. The Rock Trathlon is the best and most supportive environment to push yourself!

The course distance is as follows:

1. 500m run
2. 10km cycle
3. 150m swim
4. 2km run

Start time: 8:45am

Cost is $25

This event can be done as a team in which each participant will complete a certain leg of the race.

If the thought of swimming, riding and running is not your style but you still want to get involved, we’ve got you covered. Our Walk-a-thon is a 5km walk where you can take in the view of The Rock Hill. Grab some friends, the pram and a coffee for a beautiful morning stroll.

The Rock Triathlon really is a day out for the whole family. We provide a sub junior event which children complete inside the recreation ground. No open roads or swimming pools to worry about, just a whole lot of fun!
