When are our sessions?
We currently have a bootcamp on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am
You can choose to commit to regular sessions or feel free to come along to random sessions as you can make it :) If this is your first session, if you can, please arrive 5-10mins early just to get settled in.
What to bring?
drink, sweat towel and a gym mat or large towel to use when laying on the floor.
