Every lesson is designed to remove the stress from swimming, replacing it with confidence and the right skills for each individual swimmer.

Elite Salt Academy is led by a Swimming Australia Accredited Coach and AIDA Master Freediver, bringing decades of experience, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of both pool and open water environments. That knowledge gives swimmers the confidence to develop the skills they need to feel safe, capable, and empowered in the water.

It is with a saddened heart that we share the sudden passing of our beloved Duty Lifeguard yesterday evening.

John was a strong supporter of the Gosford Stingrays and a valued part of our swimming community.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and everyone affected during this difficult time.

TOOWOON BAY - WATER WEIGHTS & BREATH TRAINING PROGRAM! 🔱

5 weeks of open water breath training, water weights and surf apnea designed to turn you into an absolute beast this summer. If you are a surfer, spearo, freediver or a weekend weapon wanting to upskill in all things water, this is the performance training you need. We'll have you building on your breath skills, water skills and overall fitness with a range of dryland breath training and underwater weights including plate runs, survival training, breathwork, wipeout simulations and general water skills.

This is full-blown performance training run by ’s Head of Performance and ’s Head Coach - . There will be no cowboy mentality and nothing crazy – just solid training using high performance coaching and evidence-based breathwork.

You don't need to be a high performance surfer to do this program but you will require a certain level of water fitness, general health and swimming ability. If you are unsure please shoot an email to our team at [email protected]. Participants must be 16+. This is a great program for boardriders clubs, surf lifesavers, cross training athletes etc. Train where the athletes training. Upskill with the best.

Own wetsuit and goggles required.
Optional own dive mask and kettlebell (between 10kg – 15kg).
