Five is the magic number. ✨ That’s the age our after‑school classes start from — and we’ve got a dedicated Tuesday 4pm class just for 5–6 year olds. It’s a fun, gentle intro to the very basics of jiu jitsu, helping little ones feel confident and comfortable on the mats.

Part 2! We had some first time adult competitors today, I’m especially proud of the Dads who entered in support of their kids first comps, to show them win or lose, its a great way to push yourself and try something. Not only that, every adult who entered won a podium spot. Congrats guys and girls!
Highly recommend for the novice competitor, giving everyone at least two rounds to make a good day of it.

We are comp ready! Built by partners, coaches, drills, and a room that shows up for each other. Now we get to enjoy the atmosphere. Huge thanks to The Agency for helping us get a big crew together, with many first time competitors. This comp is great for first timers with a novice e division and extra division of kids belts.
Looking forward to a great team day out!
