The Wimbledon-themed tournament will be held on Saturday, 4 July from 2 pm at the
Tewantin Noosa Tennis Club to coincide with Wimbledon. Please be there by 1.45 pm for the 2 pm start.
All members and visitors are invited to attend. The cost for visitors is $10.00. This tournament is open to all players, regardless of their grading.
Strawberries and cream and scones and Pimms will be served. To keep with
the Wimbledon tradition, members are encouraged to wear whites.

The Club has installed a new fountain in the gazebo in the area between the front and back courts. The fountain will ensure that players on the back courts will have access to water year round.

On Saturday, 6 June, club members and visitors enjoyed a French Open themed social afternoon including a visit from Napoleon Bonaparte and a member of the French Resistance! Several sets of fun tennis were followed by French fare including baguettes, quiches and croissants.

The Tewantin Noosa Tennis Club is holding a French-themed tournament to coincide with the French Open for 2026 on the afternoon of Saturday, 6 June commencing at 2 pm. Players are asked to dress up in their best French attire, including their red, white and blue outfits for the event. The tournament will cost $10 for all visitors. It will be open to all players regardless of their standard.

After tennis, enjoy a selection of French-inspired snacks including baguettes and croissants. BYO drinks.

There will be prizes for the best dressed female and male.

Wednesday Night Social Tennis

Please note that Wednesday Night Social Tennis will commence this Wednesday, 22nd April from 5pm to 7pm at the Tewantin Noosa Tennis Club. Paul Clabburn has kindly volunteered to coordinate the session. It will operate each week on a Wednesday night.

The sessions will be free for members and cost $10 for visitors. No need to register, just turn up on the night. This is an open session for all players regardless of ability. We will try to place players of like standard to play with each other.

We have 8 courts under good lights for evening sessions.

Security Cameras Installed

Please note that external security cameras have been installed at the Tewantin Noosa Tennis Club.

Signs have been placed around the Clubhouse to inform people that the cameras are in operation.

The cameras were installed due to recent attempted break-ins. As well, surrounding sports clubs at the Noosa Sports Complex have experienced vandalism recently. Unfortunately it is a growing problem.
