CPR renewed for another year.
I am always totally transparent about all of my qualifications and training and keep them all (including insurance), up to date. It’s an important part of being self employed!

I can’t believe it’s 10 years since I ran the London Marathon! It was only my second marathon so I didn’t know what to expect, especially as I was dressed as a playing card.

Good luck to everyone running this year. Enjoy every moment and know that if you have worked hard to get to this point the rest will take care of itself.

For many years my exercise focus has always been around cardiovascular fitness and endurance training. Unfortunately I learnt the hard way that not including strength training in my gym sessions was actually preventing me being the best version of myself.

When people ask me why I do more weights than running now, the simple answer is ‘in order to be able to keep running as I get older’. The added benefits of injury prevention and stronger bones obviously help too!

At my stage of mid-life, strength training has been scientifically proven to be the most important exercise type.

If you need help with starting a strength programme, or you are a regular gym goer who needs accountability and/or a technique check please get in touch.

I offer pay as you go and/or bulk sessions, with no add ins or tie ins.

It’s that time of year again when I’m upskilling in order to meet the requirements of AUSactive. I’ve started something different and hope that it will lead to me being able to support NDIS participants reach their support and exercise goals. 💪🤞

Check out this new testimonial from a client I helped to get back to the gym. I pride myself in educating clients and teaching them safe techniques so that they can take ownership of their workouts. I’m loving all the updates on Claire’s progress and seeing how she has increased in confidence and strength!

I apologise for being 18 days late to the New Year acknowledgements, and for being quiet across my socials.
In the past couple of months I have moved house (and Gym), and been overseas visiting family for nearly 4 weeks.
I'm back welcoming clients into my new space, and look forward to sharing information and news about the changes very soon!

A fun day in the gym exercising with lots of lovely ladies who all put in 100% making me sweat in the process too.

The great news is that we raised $180 for the Debbie Gaunt Foundation this money will go directly to raising awareness of mental health conditions during perimenopause and menopause.

Thank you to everyone who joined me today-you are all amazing-I hope to see you again soon.
Sorry there’s not many pics-I’m rubbish at remembering to take them! 😜
