Central Coast Crusaders The Central Coast Crusaders are a amateur and semi professional Basketball Team located on the NSW Central Coast.

We participate in Basketball NSW Waratah League with our Youth League and the NBL1 East Conference for our Senior teams.

Congratulations to our 2026 Crusader of the Year, Luke Cassidy!

In 2026, Luke led his team to the best NBL1 result in Crusaders history, doing so with the same humility and commitment he has shown throughout his career. This year, Luke also reached the incredible milestone of playing his 100th NBL1 game, an achievement no other Crusader had accomplished before him.

Luke is the true embodiment of the Crusaders pathway, having played his entire basketball career with one club. From his junior years through to NBL1, Luke has proudly represented the Crusaders at every level, making his journey a remarkable achievement and one that deserves to be celebrated.

Congratulations to Greg Stevenson for being awarded 2026 Club Person of the Year!

Greg is an invaluable member of our Crusaders community. His passion and enthusiasm are infectious, and he is always willing to share his advice and support. With Greg’s guidance and expertise, we were able to secure a new state-of-the-art scoreboard, which has been a fantastic addition to our stadium.

The Board of Central Coast Basketball, in conjunction with the Basketball Committee, is delighted to announce that the Central Coast Crusaders NBL1 programs for both men and women will continue in 2027 and beyond.

As we’ve confirmed our commitment to NBL1 in 2027 and beyond, our focus now is working together to build the strongest and most sustainable Crusaders pathway we can.

From taking the court as a junior to now representing the club at NBL1 level, Bronte has never had to look far from home to chase her basketball dreams.
