From „weary“, „stressed“ and „frustrated“ to „grounded“, „nourished“ and „enlightened“ - there was a noticeable shift in mood for our mini retreat participants.
This is what the afternoon roughly looked like:
From standing and shaking it all out - to a floor-based practice with lots of breath awareness and humming sounds.
Nourishing, healthy home-made food and calming tea.
A beautiful reflection session and guided journaling with Sarah from Kokoro for some innercise.
A deeply relaxing and restorative practice with a yoga nidra followed by a sharing circle while devouring a warm dhal.
