Tennis Terranora received a special visit today by the new Tennis NSW CEO, Olivia Thorton and Tennis Development Officer Northern NSW, Robert Fitzgerald. The committee was happy to show our visitors the lovely Joan Nicoll Tennis Centre and to have favourable discussions regarding the future of tennis for Tennis Terranora.

Tennis Terranora is also looking forward to holding a number of upcoming tournaments that have now been locked in. More information will be available closer to the dates.

It was last Sunday Tennis Terranora celebrated the life of Joan Nicoll at the Joan Nicoll Tennis Centre. Joan, much loved and respected was honoured with a lovely Wimbledon themed afternoon. Many memories, stories and photos shared brought back to life the impact Joan had on so many people during her time on and off the court.
After a life well lived and for all that you gave during your time with those who knew you, rest peacefully, your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. 🥀

Well what a day Tennis Terranora had at the Bunnings BBQ…
Apologies only this one photo to post. This image is of the later afternoon shift, the only one there was time to capture of the amazing work everyone gave of their time on a Sunday to raise funds for the club.
Biggest thanks go to Donna, Sally, Deb, Kay, Frank, Cathy, Rob, John, Paul, Jan, Peter and Ian for all your help today and leading up to the BBQ. Your help is invaluable to the club for these fundraising days. I also hope you had a little fun along the way. THANK YOU 🙏
