Tennis Terranora would like to thank everyone involved with this fabulous tournament, the 2026 North East Coast RMS (Upper) Terranora, that was run yesterday between the three centres - Terranora, Murwillumbah & Kingscliff.
With 92 entries the tournament needed all three clubs using 19 courts (hard, clay & synthetic grass) and many hands on deck to run a successful event. This was a huge effort for all!
To the organisers, a special thank you for pulling this event together and to everyone who worked on the day, your help was invaluable. 🙏
Lastly thank you to all the competitors who supported our tournament, without you we wouldn’t have a competition to run. We hope you enjoyed your day, and enjoy looking back at the day that was captured with these images.

The open winners were presented with prize money. Trophies were presented to all other divisions.

Looks like a fun night of competition and celebrations was had by all last night at the Joan Nicholl Tennis Centre. Well done 👏🥇🥈🙌
Congratulations to Teranorra Top Shots team comprising Andrew, Geoff, Shane and Sudeep for winning Thursday Premier league for this season. The runners up were the Terranora Intimidators comprising Nathan, Richie , Pedro and Fynn in a tightly contested match.

Tennis Terranora will be working at another Bunnings BBQ on Sunday the 28th of June. As you can see by our previous post we are busy working on our beautiful centre so fundraising is essential for the club to help with the completion of these projects.
We will be a little short of hands on for this upcoming BBQ so I’m putting a call out for availability for help on the day. It is always a fun time with lots of laughs as well as raising funds for the club.
If you are available and would like to help for an hour or two, your help would be much appreciated. Please comment below or send a message if you would like to join us. Thank you 🙏

Another upgrade to our magnificent tennis centre - after weeks of bad weather the concrete pour for the footpaths finally took place. Thanks to Rob, Geoff and Smithy for the hard labouring to prep the work. Thanks to Donna for providing homemade scones for the workers! Terranora

Thank you, glad you had a fun time at Tennis Terranora playing on our European Clay Courts. They are very special along with our Wimbledon Lawn Courts. 😃
