This is my why.
Every early morning, every late-night client, every hard session — it all comes back to them.
I train to be strong in my body, both physically and mentally.
Because strength training — any training — is so much more than physical.
I train to show my kids what strength really looks like: hard work, discipline, and accountability.
My family reminds me that taking care of me is one of the best ways I can take care of them. It’s not selfish it selfless - big difference!
