At Col Jones Swim Fitness we have been teaching swimming lessons since 1973. In our centres at Hurstville and Tempe we have three indoor swimming pools specially constructed for teaching learn to swim. The aim at Col Jones Swimming Academy is to provide a consistent quality swimming lesson every time. High quality lessons with emphasis on technique are the key to maximizing the child's progression

through our program. Professional teachers and our graded structured program together with ongoing staff development continually achieve excellent results. With indoor heated pools and facilities, babies through to adults can be taught comfortably all year round. We look forward to teaching your children!

No lessons will run on this date.

As it’s a public holiday, no fees are charged and no make-up token is required.

New to Col Jones Swim Tempe? Here’s what to do when you arrive ✅

Head straight to reception upstairs (alongside the café) and tell the team your name to check in.
You’ll be given a ticket showing the student’s level and lane.
Access pool deck down either set of stairs at reception:
• Behind the desk: past the family change room (showers available, no toilets)
• Right-hand stairs: to the male and female toilets + change rooms
If you enter via the accessible/pram door, please head up to reception first to check in and collect your ticket.
On pool deck, look for our supervising team in red shirts if you need help.

First time at Col Jones Swim Tempe? This quick video shows exactly how to arrive and check in ✅

Parking options: onsite car park, surrounding street parking, or Tempe High School car park (about a 300m walk). Your entrance depends on where you park, either up the steel staircase from the car park, or the downstairs entrance from street parking.

Accessible/pram entry is available from the onsite car park. Please remember to head up to reception first to check in and collect your token before your lesson.

Weekday mornings: you’ll be directed straight to pool deck and check in with the supervisor downstairs. Look for our team in red shirts, they’re happy to help.

Easter long weekend closure notice 🐣

Col Jones Swim Tempe will be closed on:
• Friday 3 April
• Saturday 4 April
• Sunday 5 April
• Monday 6 April

We will re-open Tuesday 7 April and lessons will run as normal.

No swimming lessons will be held on these dates, and fees are not charged for public holidays, so no make-up lessons are required.
