What an incredible weekend at our 2 Day Salt Horsemanship Clinic in Horsham.
Weekends like this are exactly why we do what we do. Watching horses and riders grow together over just two days never gets old. Every single person came with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the determination to improve for their horses — and it absolutely showed.
From building confidence on the ground, improving softness and feel under saddle, working through challenges, and creating better communication with their horses, there were so many big achievements across the weekend. Some riders took massive personal steps outside their comfort zones, others had breakthrough moments they’ve been chasing for a long time, and some simply found a better connection and understanding with their horse. Those wins matter.
One of the best parts of these clinics is seeing the support and encouragement everyone gives each other. No egos, no judgement — just good people helping one another become better horsemen and women. That atmosphere is something pretty special.
A massive thank you to Rhonda for organising the clinic and bringing everyone together. These weekends don’t happen without the people behind the scenes doing the hard work, and we appreciate it more than you know.
Another huge thank you to Libby yet again for supplying some absolutely amazing food and soups all weekend. Nobody ever goes hungry when Libby is around, and the effort and care she puts into feeding everyone certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
And finally, thank you to my one and only beautiful wife Bec. Everything she does behind the scenes, the support she gives, the knowledge she shares with people, and the way she helps others throughout the clinics is incredible. The knowledge Bec brings is such a great addition to Salt Horsemanship, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her beside me on this journey.
Thank you to everyone who came along, trusted the process, had a laugh, and put in the work for their horses. We’re proud of every single one of you and can’t wait to see where your horsemanship journey takes you next.
Until we meet again “Stay Safe, Ride Well & Enjoy Your Time With Your Horses”
