🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ FROM THE MUD TO NATIONALS! 🇦🇺

A big shout-out to Georgia Langman and Miller Valentine, who are heading to the SAPSASA Cross Country Nationals! 💙❤️💛

Georgia is looking forward to meeting new people and taking on a new course, while Miller is excited to be part of a cross-country relay for the first time. Both have enjoyed a fantastic cross-country season, including the muddy conditions in Ballarat, and we can’t wait to see them take on their next challenge.

Go Georgia! Go Miller! The whole TTG community is behind you! 👏

And to all our Tea Tree Gully athletes—this is what the journey is all about. Whether you’re heading to Nationals, chasing a PB, trying a new event, or getting ready for your first season, we want to celebrate it with you.

This free session is open to kids 11 years and older, and adults of any age. You can choose to compete in sprints, jumps or throws events. We will also be running introductory sessions for Pole Vault and Hammer Throw which are events exclusive to Senior Athletics.

📣 ITLAS COURSE – HOSTED AT TTG ATHLETICS! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re excited to be hosting an upcoming Introduction to Teaching Little Athletics Skills (ITLAS) course right here at Tea Tree Gully! September 12!

This is a fantastic opportunity for parents, volunteers and anyone keen to become more involved to build confidence and learn the fundamentals of teaching athletics skills across the different events.

ITLAS is designed to give you practical skills and a great foundation for helping our young athletes. 🙌

The more people within our TTG community who have these skills, the more support we can provide our athletes throughout the season.

Whether you are a parent, volunteer, or new coach, this practical session will give you the essential tools and confidence to teach basic event skills effectively.
