Food truck driver/kitchen service staff required: The BBQ Roadshow Low'n'Slow food truck is looking for a driver (normal manual license) for an immediate start as our business grows and we are looking to strengthen our team for various function catering gigs, rodeos, bbq festivals, music festivals, ag shows, pop-ups, etc... in and around Brisbane.
Job includes: Loading up food truck, driving to different locations, setting up for service, slicing brisket, building burgers, plating food, packing up & driving back from our low'n'slow BBQ gigs. Leaving from our base on the Southside of Brisbane you will travel to various different locations each week. Initially it will be mainly weekend work but we will also hit the parks during the week. Own transport preferred to get to base as there can occasionally be some early starts and some late finishes.
We offer consistent hours and can teach you more and offer more hours if you're keen to learn more. Some previous kitchen experience preferred, fluent English, excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, a great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a fun team.
