This week marks the start of another training block at OPT IN Performance Training, and one thing is becoming impossible to ignore…

The gym is filling up. 👊

Not because of flashy marketing.
Not because of gimmicks.
But because the results speak for themselves.

Week after week we’re seeing members get stronger, lose weight, build confidence, improve fitness, and achieve things they never thought they could.

And when people start seeing real results, they tell their friends.
When people enjoy training, they keep showing up.
When people feel supported, they become part of the community.

That’s exactly what’s happening here.

Every new face that walks through the door adds to the energy, the atmosphere, and the culture we’re building together.

5 weeks.
5 rounds of competition.
Countless moments of growth, grit, and breakthrough performances. 💥

Last week officially wrapped up the very first OPT IN GAMES — and what an incredible 5 weeks it was.

This wasn’t just about workouts or scores on a leaderboard. The OPT IN GAMES challenged our members physically and mentally. It pushed people outside their comfort zones, forced them to back themselves, and showed so many just how capable they truly are.

We watched members lift heavier, move faster, dig deeper, and achieve things they never thought possible. But more importantly, we saw confidence grow, friendships strengthen, and a community come together in a massive way.

To every single person who took part — THANK YOU.
Thank you for showing up every week.
Thank you for bringing the energy.
Thank you for embracing the challenge and trusting the process.

The atmosphere across these 5 weeks was something special, and it’s because of all of you.

And for everyone who missed out this year… consider this your warning 👀

The OPT IN GAMES will be returning in 2027 — and it’ll be bigger, better, louder, and more competitive than ever.
