You think fat loss will look like a straight line down on the scale? Think again.

Reality looks more like this: ⬆️⬇️⬆️⬇️ with a steady trend down over time.
Daily fluctuations come from:
– Salt and carb intake
– Water retention
– Stress, sleep, and digestion
– Time of day or clothing

You want to control the variables of weigh ins as much as possible and understand i've had countless blokes lose 20kgs over a 20 week period.
