Congratulations to Mikaela Khan who has been selected in the U15 Australian Flag Football Team to tour the USA this month. Mikaela will compete at the Junior International Cup in Los Angeles.

Grand Final rematch today against Kingsgrove — and the girls delivered a solid win! 💪🔥

Playing in slippery, wet conditions at Gwawley, it wasn’t always pretty (we’ll quietly overlook a “few” dropped balls and knock-ons 😅), but the effort, teamwork and determination were outstanding from start to finish. They wanted this win and it showed!

The girls are really finding their stride, with great positive talk and clear instructions through the middle keeping everyone connected 👏

The U13’s continued their win streak today, with a strong 36 - 14 win in a  top of the table clash over Aquinas. It was bitter sweet, while we’ve now cemented the #1 spot, we said goodbye to Lennox, Kazz and Dave as they’re set to move, over the ditch to NZ. 😭
