After 5 years of hard work, dedication and commitment my dream is finally becoming a reality😍

Almost 18 months ago I received word that I was progressing past the final stage of recruitment to complete my pre-employment checks and I’ve been imagining this day ever since so to finally get the official offer and be able to share it with the world is amazing🧑‍🚒

This journey began back in 2016 and has required a lot of self belief and resilience to continue through the rejections and setbacks but, looking back on it, I’m actually extremely grateful for the entire experience🙏🏼

It’s taught me so many lessons about who I was, who I’ve become and how much I’m capable of💪🏼

The whole process has made me a better person and it’s taught me that nothing of value will ever come easy. Work hard for your dreams every day. Believe in yourself and never give up🙌🏼

Thank you to everyone, past and present, that has supported me along the way! You all know who you are and I could never have achieved what I have without all of you💙

Amy was one of our summer shred challenge runner-up’s and, as you can see in the pictures above, she absolutely smashed it!!!

Amy joined because she wanted to make a shift in her mindset but she got so much more 🤩

Amy achieved one of the biggest and most impressive mindset shifts in 40 days that I’ve ever seen shifting herself from a victim mentality into a really strong and confident victor 🧠

On top of that she dropped an amazing 8kg and completely reinvented her lifestyle 💪🏼

With having our first challenge of 2021 just 1 week away I thought I’d take the opportunity to share some of the great results I’ve had in previous challenges 🤩

First up is This guy doesn’t know the word quit! He pushes himself to breaking point every single session and his results are a testament to that work ethic!

After crushing his goals in 2020, Ash now plans to continue his journey this year working on his muscular endurance before entering another muscle building phase later in the year 💪🏼
