Wrap up of Rd1 JNDC National Drivers Championship with TAREE POWER BOAT CLUB
We were the only entrant in the J1 category so this weekend we ended up lining up with some J2 boats which was great fun.
Drove great, was extremely consistent over the weekend.
Weather turned on Sunday, but Saturday was great.

Being the only J1 entrant we ended up 1st on points for the start of the Championship, but that may change coming into RD2 Dargle Water Ski Park at the End of July. Hoping to have some J1 boats to compete against.

Over the weekend we attended the Upper Hawkesbury Power Boat Club at Windsor for their annual Spectacular Event.

There was a massive turn out for the event.

Saturday was abit hit and miss due to debris at times coming down the river but the club handle the situation/day fantastically.
Some racing/practice with bigger boats was had on the day.

Sunday was the big day of racing whilst there was a little delay with collection or debris, it was action packed from race 1 right through to race 43.

Hunter came away with a 2nd for the weekend🥈🏆

A big congratulations goes to the Club for what they were able to achieve. They managed the conditions perfectly to make sure that the river was safe for event to continue.

Huntsman Racing ventured down to St. George Power Boat Club for the Aussie Titles for 2025.

First ever time at this course was extremely nervous.
This was his second time in the boat and had a great day.

He came away with the J1 Aussie Title of CHAMPION!!! Super proud!

He has a few more races booked for the rest of the season- let’s see what they bring!!

Last weekend we ventured to Raymond Terrace for Hunter to have his first race.

They gods had out on beautiful weather!! ☀️

He handled the day fantastic. Great time trial.
It then came to the races, unfortunately the first one was a DNF due to a little piece for the throttle- he handled perfect 👌🏼

Head engine mechanic was on deck to do a patch up to get him out to race.

He had another 3 races which he finished. Drove perfectly.

Next race is End of March!
