Not the weekend we hoped for, due to an engine issue, but the boat still showed some impressive speed! It’s now back in the tattoo workshop with Matt and the crew making some modifications. Huge thanks to TAREE POWER BOAT CLUB and for hosting a fantastic event, especially after the challenges posed by the recent floods.

Fired up and ready for this weekend! ⬇️

The new kid on the block!
The Untamed Lady hydro will be sending the rooster tail high on its home track of the Manning River.
After a taste of inboard sponson action at the recent Rathmines event, Kye Cornall from 117 Motorsport, will again be at the wheel of the, Matt Ferris owned, Holden V8 powered Howard/Filsall hydro this weekend.
Great to see Kye has seen the light! 😜

2024 Our Best Year Yet!

We're incredibly proud and grateful for everything we've accomplished this year, and we can't thank the amazing people who made it all possible. While the upcoming year may not be as eventful, there are still some exciting developments happening behind the scenes.

34 POINTS OFF WINNING THE AUSTRALIAN FORMULA POWERBOAT GRAND PRIX

The season came down to the last race coming out of pole 3, resulting us fighting for p2 during the race until unfortunately we hit a large piece of debris causing damage to the gearbox. We then dropped back to 7th and were unable to match pace for the rest of the race. However that’s racing, it hurts, we love it and we will be back! 🥊

Congratulations to Ewan Bricker and TBR for the win. A massive thank you to Paul Sain, Joel Smith and Kaine Casson for helping us out with parts, we literally wouldn’t have made the last round without you legends.

To all the volunteers and sponsors of the afpgp and the 117 team/family for all your help and my sponsors your support is appreciated!

Round 3 📌

Not the finish we were hoping for, a tricky race to wrap up the weekend.

Having to come from the back in the final after some misfortune in heat 2 left us struggling to move forward.

We would like to give a shoutout to team who kindly lent us some equipment for the final race.

All in all, we landed P11 to finish the weekend.

We will push onto Dargle for the final round in July.
