Wrap up of RD1 of the JNDC National Drivers Championship with TAREE POWER BOAT CLUB
After missing out last year due to broken arm finally got to give this a crack.
Had a great weekend of racing, great battles had. Weather was alright for Saturday but Sunday turned quickly after lunch.
Was consistent all weekend to come away with being 4th on points for the start of the Championship.
Looking forward to RD2 Dargle Water Ski Park at the End of July.

The team had a very long but good weekend at Australian Formula Powerboat Grandprix for Rd 4 at Lake Mulwala.

Although we didn’t get to compete due to low entries and the fact the weather gods weren’t very kind to us we got to see family.

Thomas and Hunter Huntsman Racing got to meet a very special lady from the F1 H2O World Championship- Marit Stromoy.

Such a lovely lady, happy to talk, full of knowledge.

ANOTHER UPDATE-

Today (Tuesday 3/3) Thomas has had surgery to remove the plate and screws from arm.
All went good, now to recover to get back in the boat.

Over the weekend we attended the Upper Hawkesbury Power Boat Club at Windsor for their annual Spectacular Event.

There was a massive turn out for the event.

Saturday was abit hit and miss due to debris at times coming down the river but the club handle the situation/day fantastically.
Some racing/practice with bigger boats was had on the day.

Sunday was the big day of racing whilst there was a little delay with collection or debris, it was action packed from race 1 right through to race 43.

Unfortunately this racing event Thomas wasn’t’ able to get in and race due to a broken arm. As much as he was disappointed he couldn’t get out there he still came and supported his brother Hunter.

They awarded the Glenn Banks Trophy for last seasons overall points. Many races were had but many weren’t able to go ahead due to floods.
Thomas came 3rd 🥉🏆

A big congratulations goes to the Club for what they were able to achieve. They managed the conditions perfectly to make sure that the river was safe for event to continue.

Had a very busy and long weekend last weekend with the last round of AUSTRALIAN FORMULA POWERBOAT GRAND PRIX for the Juniors on the Saturday and the Aussie Titles on the Sunday St George Motor Boat Club.

Thomas did great across the weekend.
Came away with a 2nd overall for the AFPGP Series on the Saturday
On Sunday was a tough competitive day with many J3s competing. He came away with and 8th overall in Aussie Titles which is still a massive achievement.

Unwinding from the hectic, but great weekend that was TAREE POWER BOAT CLUB Easter Spectacular!

Great weather across the weekend, lots of great racing by all drivers in all categories

Thanks to everyone within the club and sponsors for helping put this event on. It was run smoothly.

Congrats to all racers on their events who placed they were all throughly deserved. 😊💜🎉🏁🏆

Good luck to all those who are making the trek to Yarrawonga for the EC Griffiths Cup this weekend!!🏁👍🏼

A bit late sorry.

Last week we headed down to Mulwala for Round 3 of AUSTRALIAN FORMULA POWERBOAT GRAND PRIX.

Some great weather (abit rough at times) and racing by all competitors.

We flew the NSW flag proud for the weekend being the only NSW entry.
Overall great weekend had, did have a bit of a spin but came away with a 4th for weekend. Still a great result.

Now putting final touches together and getting ready for Easter Spec TAREE POWER BOAT CLUB this weekend!!
