Ok so here is a version for all those that aren’t a fan of coffee.

1 1/2 weetbix
1/3 to 1/2 banana
yogurt of choice
honey (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
milk of choice.

-Crush 1/2 weetbix and place in tumbler.
-drizzle with milk of choice (do not soak weetbix, just enough to dampen).
-add a layer of banana.
- add a heaped tablespoon of yogurt.
-repeat this process another 2 times to create 3 layers.
-(optional) drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
-cover and refrigerate overnight or for 2-3 hours.

Tip: the trick to making these recipes work is finding a (low sugar) yogurt to your taste. I often find protein yogurts too sweet and Greek yogurt too sour, so often will do a 50/50 mix. Again Greek yogurt and a 1/2 scoop of protein powder works great. For all of you that don’t eat dairy try a coconut yogurt which works great with this particular recipe. Experiment and enjoy.

Overnight Weet-Bix

This is a must try for all you coffee/Tiramisu lovers.

1 1/2 Weet-Bix
1 x Vanilla Yo-Pro (or yogurt of choice)
1 shot coffee
Milk of choice
Cacao Powder.

-Crush 1/2 Weet-Bix and place in tumbler.
-pour approx. 2 teaspoons coffee and 1-2 teaspoons milk (just enough to dampen weetbix).
-add 1/3 tub of Yo-Pro.
-repeat this process another 2 times to create 3 layers.
-sprinkle with Cacao powder.
-cover and refrigerate overnight or 2-3 hours.

Only 200 Cals!!!

Calories may vary depending on what yogurt you choose. Greek yogurt with some Vanilla protein powder is a great option, flavoured greek yogurt also works but just keep in mind these usually contain a much higher sugar content.
