We wanted to take a moment to be real with you all. Right now, times are tough for small businesses.

With rising costs across the board — rent, wages, bills — it’s becoming harder and harder to keep things going. Like many other small, family-owned businesses in our area, we’re feeling that pressure every day.
This isn’t about asking for sympathy, and it’s definitely not about “poor us.”
This is simply about asking for support — the kind that can make a real difference.
Supporting small business doesn’t always mean spending money.
It can be as simple as:

Those small actions go a long way, not just for us, but for all local businesses trying to stay afloat.

It’s and it’s time to celebrate Train Station Tannum Sands!
We are a local family owmed business located in Tannum Sands.

We’ve been servicing the local area since 2025 and we proudly sponsor multiple clubs in the region from Girls Touch Footy to BITS AFL.

We have opened this space for youth aged 12 to 16 . A safe place to train and make new friendships.

We have merch , training singlets, jerseys and a fridge fully stocked for your early morning or late afternoon sessions with Pre workouts and Aminos.

We have collaborations with other small businesses in the area and have our very own range of Protein Smoothies at the Junction Cafe !
