Hey everyone,

I’ve been a bit quiet on here but just wanted to let you know HARDCORE FITNESS is going strong & I’m still here.

It’s been a massive year so far, from battling my own health issues - Perimenopause sucks👎🏻 to performing CPR on a member (who is still here with us by the way🙌🏻) unfortunately the social media aspect of the business got the back seat🫣

So if you’re looking for a dedicated trainer who continues to show up & who literally save lives- then I’m ya gal🙋🏼‍♀️🤩

Hi everyone,

I thought I’d reintroduce myself to any new followers.

My name is Amber and I’ve owned Hardcore Fitness for 8 years and counting. I am 44 years old & at the ripe old age of no filter or bullsh*t😂

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 23 years as a group fitness instructor in Melbourne until I moved to Tannum approximately 12 years ago to and opened my own group fitness business.

I specialise in group fitness because there is something inspiring about the vibe in which people create when training together.

My passion is to help people be the best version of themselves and to live a happy & healthy life. Also, positive vibes spread fast so my mission is to have less as****es & negativity in the world😆

I am currently navigating perimenopause with a sprinkle(more like a handful😂) of Neurodivergence. I am very open with discussing taboo subjects and encourage conversations to empower and educate people so they don’t feel alone or unsupported.

At the end of the day my absolute passion is to help you feel bloody fantastic & empower you to know your worth.

Let’s think of your reasons why you should!

Reasons for NO
- I can’t afford $44 per week
- I don’t have time

Reasons for YES
- I will feel bloody great & fantastic
- I will have more energy
- My mental health will improve ten fold
- I am setting a good example for my children
- I am serious about my health so I am here for my family in the future
- I am prioritising my health & well being
- I am avoiding future health issues that will cost way more than $44 per week
- I am an adult & doing scary things promotes growth
