[COMPETITION] QLD Short Course Champ’ #3

Another brilliant 3rd and final day for our Bullets 💥💙

Plenty of strong improvements across the squad, and a top 10 finish for Liam in the 50m backstroke, taking 6th place 💪💦

Clean ex*****on, sharper technique, and great racing all around 🤩 a promising hit out as we head toward the long course season! 🔥

A special shout out to the Caledonian delegation 🇫🇷 who joined the Championship and made up largely of former swimmers coached by Anthony and Charlotte. They absolutely lit up the meet with a stack of medals and even broke several Queensland records… including one hold by Cameron McEvoy (17yo) 😮🏅

Huge congrats to everyone for the effort, attitude, and spirit shown over the weekend 🙌💙

[COMPETITION] QLD Short Course Champ’ #2

Another fantastic day for our Bullets, filled with great racing and a stack of personal bests! 🌟💙

🚀Kayden lit up the pool today, smashing the Queensland All Comers 17yrs record in the 100 Fly with an incredible 52.85 🧨 a record that had stood since 2004! 🏆🔥 Massive congrats!
He also clocked the fastest 17yrs times in QLD for the 100 Free, 400 IM (silver in Open), and 100 Fly (bronze in Open).
What an example of hard work and personal growth for our younger swimmers 🙌💪

Hayden showed huge determination too, delivering strong races across the 18yrs category and hitting PBs in all his swims 👏💥

Beyond the medals, our swimmers secured six more Top 10 finishes:

• Tylah — 9th in 50 Back 💫👏🏼
• Hayden — 10th in 100 Free, 6th in 200 Free, 7th in 100 Fly 🔥👏🏼
• Liam — 8th in 100 Back 💙👏🏼
• Abbey — 10th in 100 Fly 🌟👏🏼

A massive bravo to everyone for this brilliant second day 👏🏼 the attitude, the motivation, the support for each other… it was just awesome to see 🤩💙

[COMPETITION] QLD Short Course Champ’ #1

Superb first day for our BULLETS! 💥💙

🔥 Kayden kicked things off in style, becoming Queensland Champion (17 yrs) in the 200 fly and breaking the 2‑minute barrier for the first time! 🏆 He also clocked the fastest 17‑year-old times in the 100 IM and 50 fly, smashing PBs in each! 🚀

We also had three brilliant Top 10 finishes:
✨ Abbey — 10th in the 50 fly
✨ Liam — 7th in the 50 free
✨ Jay — 5th in the 200 fly

Plus a huge number of PBs across the whole squad today! 📈💪
The team attitude was outstanding 👏🏼 strong prep routines, great focus, and incredible support for their teammates. 🤝💙

Bravo on this awesome first day, can’t wait for tomorrow! 🙌🔥
