Run Report For 6th June # 455

A great day for running today, a little cool but it seems to encourage participants to run faster to keep warm.

We had 98 participants with an incredible 23 PB’s today.
Also 5 first time ever runners plus visitors from the UK, Harvey Bay, Melbourne & Yamba.

A big thank you to all our volunteers John, Richard, May, Esther and especially Peta who did her first volunteer today.

A shout out goes to Isla for her 25th parkrun and Kirsten for her 50th parkrun.

And thanks to all the participant for turning up.

The weather is getting cold with jumpers needed at the start. There were 75 people that walked, run, jogged the course today together.

We had 10 first timers, and welcomed visitor from WA, Bargara, Blackwater, hope you all enjoyed the morning and come back again🙂

We love watching you all cross the finish line achieving your goals no matter how big or small. We had some fantastic PB’s great work to 8 runners with some of them our junior runners.

Also today one of our locals celebrated his 100 Parkruns. Thanks Jim coming every week and also putting your name down to volunteer.
