We'll help you improve your day to day living. This includes massage and programs to help improve fitness and weight loss. Circuit classes return this week 🏋️‍♀️

Movement can be a really positive way to support both your body and mind — a chance to move, breathe, and feel a little more grounded.

Circuit is about building strength, moving with purpose, and feeling supported along the way.
No pressure. No expectations. Just showing up and doing what you can.

This week runs on a modified school holiday schedule:
Monday 9am - 9.45am
Wednesday & Friday 6am - 6.45am
**Please note the change in time for Wednesday & Friday Classes)

Come as you are.

Today feels like a pause 🤍

As we prepare for the week ahead, our hearts are with our wider surrounding community in the Upper Murray, where bushfires are still ongoing, and with the members of our Core community who have been impacted.

We also want to acknowledge the incredible work of our firefighters, volunteers, and local community members — showing up day after day to protect, support, and care for one another during such incredibly tough times.

We know these experiences don’t just cause physical loss — they take a deep mental and emotional toll too.

It doesn’t feel right to rush past that.

This week, we’re holding space for kindness, compassion, and connection — for ourselves and for each other.

If movement feels helpful, we’re here.
If rest is what you need, that’s okay too.

Circuit classes return this week on a modified school holiday schedule:
