The times in my life when I have achieved noticeable improvement or success in something - whether it be flexibility, strength, stress management, or even grades - they have NEVER been the times that I have diligently planned and spent hours researching the exact right way to do something, that’s a perfect fit for me, that crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s.....

It’s been when I have shown up consistently, persistently, DAILY, and just done something. Allocated the time each day, without fail, and just did the thing.

I’m thinking daily workouts for a month — 15-20 mins long — live — filled with all my fave strength & flex exercises and flows. (Absolutely NO burpees 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️).

Starting 1st Feb. let January set & forget!!
