‼️ TOES 2 BAR TIPS ‼️
Here’s 3 tips to help make your toes to bar more efficient..
On the Way Up >>>
Think to press the bar down to your toes as opposed to only lifting your legs to the rig, this will help engage your lats and press you behind the bar which creates space for your legs to move closer to the bar!
Getting toes to the bar >>>
A simple tip to try and get your toes closer to the bar is to drive your knees higher with bent legs then at the peak of the kip, flick your legs straight to make contact with the rig (your legs dont need to be dead straight at the top, especially if your hamstrings are screaming lol)
On the Way Down >>>
Relax on the way down, we want to see a loongggg relaxed scoop and patient arch before we reload and increase our effort on the way up, i like to think about falling with straight legs after contacting the rig...(Long swing = more power. Short swing = more work)
