Hi Everyone, I am a Personal Trainer based out of REV Fit and Active fitness.

New to the Tamworth region I am keen to showcase my abilities as a coach to a varied group of people willing and able to participate.

I mainly specialise in weight loss and functional training but coming from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to 🇦🇺 to play rugby I have years of sport specific training too.

Group sessions are also a great way to get involved with friends and family. While being fun, cheaper you can still get fit and be active.
