May Member of the Month
Lachie Bennetts! 👏🔥

The friendly, Lachie joined Fuzion Fitness in November 2024 looking to do more than just his regular sporting training and take his fitness to the next level.

Since joining, Lachie has achieved some incredible results. Not only has he worked towards his goal of losing weight and feeling better about himself, but he’s also noticed major improvements in his sleep, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

What stands out most is Lachie’s consistency and mindset. He loves seeing progress both physically and mentally and continues to show up, put in the work, and trust the process.

As a local AFL player, Lachie uses his training to improve his performance on the field, and his dedication is paying off. When asked what keeps him motivated, he simply said that the gym helps him become a better athlete and a better version of himself plus the 24 hours access helps him find the time with his job where he travels a lot.

His advice for anyone thinking about joining?

“Coming from another gym, I can’t speak highly enough about Fuzion. You won’t regret joining.”

It’s officially a year ago today that Mal took the leap, signed and became the owner of Fuzion Fitness. 🥰
Since then, the gym has grown stronger, better, and more like a family every single day.

From early mornings to late nights, nonstop improvements, challenges, wins, and building a community we’re proud of, he’s continued to put his blood, sweat and tears into this place; broken phones, damaged tools and emotional pressure reached, this year has been huge.
Of course, none of it is possible without our members, coaches, friends, and everyone who supports what Fuzion Fitness stands for.

Massive congratulations to Mal on officially hitting 1 year of owning the gym.
