Belle-Ayr Agistment and Training Centre Paddocks are on creek flats that never flood, plenty of shade. all facilities. Our retired horses have lived with us for nearly 14 years. colts are welcome.

Full livery horse agistment 11 klms from Burleigh Heads in beautiful Tallebudgera Valley, Individual post and rail fenced paddocks which are hot wired, all with lined shelters. We care for our horses as part of our family, over 35 years experience, Belle-Ayr is home to retires from Hong Kong including the famous 'Able One' multiple international group one winner. We even have a 43 year old boy. If

you want your horse loved, safe and happy contact us for a viewing of the property. All facilities - wash bay, stables, tack shed, equestrian park, full size fenced arena next door which you can access from our property.

It is with great saddness to let everyone know Belleayr will close as a agistment centre on 20/8/21. We have been here 23 years & it has been our pleasure to have looked after so many wonderful horses & made many many friends along the way. I personally will treasure the memories & there are lots.
