What a weekend! 🏁

Started strong with a Pole Position in qualifying and came away with 3 race wins and a 2nd place finish.
Finishing 1st in the Excel category and 2nd overall in the Class D Road Racer Under 2L category.

Race 3 threw us a curveball when the gearbox finally let go. After saying all weekend that we weren't going to change it, we ended up swapping it out and getting back on track.

A huge thank you to AASA for putting on a fantastic event, to Snap-on Mornington for the ongoing support, and to my family who make weekends like this possible.

Now it's time to regroup, repair, and get ready for the next one. 💪🏁

Got extremely lucky to get away with minimal damage… Glad all drivers involved didn’t get seriously injured.

Weekend wrap!

Qualified 7th. Had a pretty shocking start and was stuck in a group of very aggressive drivers. So just chose to have a straight car.
Race 2 on Saturday was a disaster. A big pile up on the start line saw us have a little bit of damage but the car was still good.
Race 2 on Sunday. Got a better start. Had another driver go off infront and with a pretty shocking re join ended up me being pushed off the track and falling back into the pack to 17th. Got back up to 11th.
Race 3 was going pretty well until we picked up a slow puncture.
Race 4 I accidentally left the fans on and was down on power for the whole race.

Thanks to the crew for their help over the weekend! We’ll make some changes and come back faster next time 👊

Thought we’d give a little update.
Unfortunately ending last year with a big crash and the last race of the year being very very down on power. We’ve decided no point running until everything is fixed. Unfortunately being a low budget team getting the car ready for the start of this year was impossible. Hoping to be back In the next few months!

That’s a wrap for 2025! Was a pretty mega year. Decent results! See what next year brings! 🏎️🏁
