6-Week Performance Development Program

THURSDAYS -
August 6th - September 10th
Both Underdog & Katalyst will take place at Narellan Sports Hub

Designed for A Grade Players, Representative Players & Representative Development Players.

💪 Each session includes:
🏋️ 45 minutes with Katalyst Gym at narellan sports hub 
• Athletic development
• Speed & agility

🏐 45 minutes with Underdog Netball
• Advanced netball skills under fatigue
• Decision-making under pressure
• Game awareness

🕔 Session Times:
5:00–6.30 - ages 12/13 
5:45–7.15 pm – Ages 14-17

*age child turning in 2027*

This program is designed to challenge committed athletes in a high-performance environment, helping them develop the physical capacity, technical skills, and confidence to excel on court.
