This weekend I had the absolute pleasure of taking 11 people to the Blue Mountains for a Move Camp. We ran, bush walked, did Pilates, had a sauna and pushed ourselves out of our comfort zone by plunging into an ice bath 🥶 What an amazing couple of days focused on movement, laughter and disconnecting from reality! Can’t wait for the next one ☺️
