I’m seeing a real lack of communication across both NPL and club level - especially in players aged 14–20.

Communication isn’t something that just “happens” on game day.
Players need to build the habit in training so it becomes automatic.

COMMUNICATION DRIVES INTENSITY - IT MUST COME FROM THE PLAYER, NOT THE COACH.

Especially defenders - most of the game is in front of you.
You must help your teammates make better decisions earlier with the use of your voice.

At Axis Football, communication is coached, demanded and reinforced every session.
