THE DIFFERENCE

The methodology blends transformational breathwork, energy healing and light code activation.

That combination elicits powerful shifts.

But it’s not just that that drives change when we work together.

What I also bring to our sessions is 30 years’ of professional experience in executive coaching, entrepreneurship, and a global corporate, and personally… I’m a single parent, divorced, have failed businesses (more than once!), a nervous system collapse at 47, and depression at 21.

I’m now 50, I’ve been in the trenches, I’ve lost and rebuilt several times, and I’ve honed an understanding over 30 years of healing and learning, awakening and remembering, which culminated with Slipstream being birthed into the world.

There’s a version of you already living the life you’re dreaming about. That person is not waiting for the right time, or enough money, or permission.

Becoming that person doesn’t happen in your everyday life, or in whatever’s left over once everyone else has had their share of you.

I know you’re thinking -
I’ll wait til next year.
I can’t afford it now.
I feel guilty for spending money on me.
I can’t get time away from my family.
I don’t have enough leave.
I won’t know anyone.
The timing’s not right.
I should save for a rainy day.

Should, buts, ifs, maybes.
I said the same… until the break was forced upon me.

I wish I’d stopped sooner, when I could really have used that retreat time to
GROW, VISION, EXPAND, RESTORE

Instead I was coming back to regulation, finding a way to reset myself so I could function again. I had no capacity for anything else.

Very proud of my client Leonie, who was already a successful business owner of two businesses! She came to me on the verge of burnout, and with a bubbling desire to bring a third business into the world… but had no idea how that could happen.

We worked together for 12 weeks through Slipstream: Emergence.

We’ve just celebrated the one year anniversary of Olovo - which she did bring to life, alongside GROWING her other two businesses!

This is the power of expansion, regulation, vision and doing the deep inner work.

We can have what we want, we just need to learn how to work with our nervous system, elevate our level of consciousness to understand our body and how to use energetics to map vision with frequency.

Following the launch of OLOVO, I’m delighted to be the in-house Breathwork coach, working with women to support them navigate to their next chapter, up-level their life and career, and not settle for un-lived dreams.
