This Legacy Week, we recognise the extraordinary work does to support the families of Australian veterans.

For more than 100 years, Legacy has stood beside the partners and children of those who have lost their lives or their health through service to our country providing practical support, stability and connection when it is needed most.

Thank you to our local Legacy volunteers and supporters for everything you do. 💙

Although a federal issue - I have written to the Minister for Veteran Affairs to advocate that the government abandon their policy to cap access to allied health services, including psychology. These services are critical to the lives of those who have given everything to fight for our country.

Today Is Vietnam Veterans Day, on the anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan. Lest We Forget

The main road at Palm Beach was closed to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan.

This Sunday, Club Palm Beach hosts the Northern Beaches District Vietnam Veterans' Day commemoration.

Sixty years ago at Long Tan, 108 men of D Company 6RAR held their ground against a far larger force. Eighteen Australians did not come home.

On the 60th anniversary, every Sub Branch in the District comes together here.

This year Club Palm Beach hosts the Northern Beaches District commemoration, with all District Sub-Branches together.

Congratulations Charlie Verco

Charle just did it again 🌊 🏆 Smashing his own world record, finishing the brutal 52km Molokai to Oahu Paddleboard in 4:17 — three minutes faster than his previous best, despite cyclone swell and a hammerhead cruising nearby. It’s his fourth straight world title, and he called it the best he’s ever felt crossing a finish line. We are so proud of you Charlie Verco ‼️
