NEVER say these things to a competitor, if you truely have their best interests at heart!

Huge emphasis on the second point, moving into show season my athletes (whom all look amazing) are constantly dealing with comments like “You’re going to win!!!” , we actually can’t ever guarantee a placing unless you’re the only athlete on stage.

Instead, tell them they look “di*k skin shredded, slightly malnourished and extremely jacked!”
