Come join us in exploring hidden areas and different training spots at our Moving Circuit, heading around Maroubra.

If you haven't done a FEAT Moving Circuit, you're going to love it. We head out of the regular training spot and find hidden areas and use the natural landscape to guide the work out.

As many of you are aware, this week was Bigyan's last training week with us at FEAT. This is such a happy sad moment. We are obviously so happy to see Bigyan moving forward in other areas, but super sad to have him leaving us.

It was back in 2020, the week before our first COVID lock down, that Bigyan came to his first sessions with us in Waverton. The first time we met him, we could tell he was just such a happy, special person. But it was after the lockdown, as we rushed him into taking sessions for us in Waverton, then Balmoral, that Bigyan started to grow in FEAT.

Bigyan always aims to bring joy into people's worlds and you can see that in every interatcion. Bigyan is known by everyone at FEAT for both his caring nature and his loose counting (which even the trainers call a Bigyan 20 seconds).

Bigyan, we can't thank you enough for everything you have brought to the FEAT community over the last 3 years. Your commitment and dedication to the members you train is unbelievable. We have loved being a part of your journey and look forward to still being involved!

Good luck with the next steps and hopefully Bigyan will be the team leader of our FEAT Nepal trip ;) 🤩🥰🥳👊

Happy Birthday to a very special person who is responsible for all the action behind the scenes, especially in Maroubra. Eli is the kindest person you will ever meet. The big smile of hers will straight away win you over, make you feel welcome and make you be part of her circle. We are beyond happy to have you on our team and today we celebrate you & cheer to you.
