NSU Spring Slam 2026 | Team Registrations Now Open! 🥏🔥

The NSU Spring Slam is back for 2026! We’re hosting a 1-day mixed tournament at Boronia Park. Perfect for teams prepping for the AMUC or local squads looking for a day of fun, competitive games.

Tournament Details
Date: Sunday, 11th October 2026, 9am–5pm
Location: Boronia Park, Hunters Hill
Cost: $50 Team Fee + $30 Player Fee
What's provided: full-sized fields, fruit/snacks, and prizes!

The wait is over. NSU Winter Finals are happening TONIGHT at Meadowbank Park! 🏆🥏

Whether you’re competing for glory or coming down to support your friends, family, and favourite team, we’d love to see you on the sidelines 😎

The important details:
First pull - 6:30pm
NSU table - head over for food, drinks, official merch, lost property, and the post-game awards ceremonies.
Casual throws - itching to play some frisbee? Grab a disc and head over to Field 7 to throw with others!

Bring your winter layers, your noise, and your best throw. See you all soon 🙌

NSU is holding our very first indoor frisbee tournament! Register below, and come be part of our inaugural indoor social comp 💪

📍: Bennelong Sports Centre, West Ryde
🕖: Saturdays 7pm-9pm
🗓: June 13th - Sep 5th (13 weeks)
💸: $150 for regular players (less than $12 a week, and you don't get rained out!), $17 a session for casual players

Ready for an awesome day of sport and fun these July school holidays? The Sydney Youth Hat is BACK for 2026!

Whether you’re already an ultimate frisbee regular or you've never even thrown a disc before, this event is the perfect way to get active, learn new skills, and hang out with an incredible community!

What is a "Hat" Tournament?

Don't have a team? No problem! You register completely as an individual, and the organizers will create balanced, mixed teams "out of a hat." It’s designed to be super social, completely beginner-friendly, and a fantastic way to make new friends from all over Sydney!

Here are the details:

When: Wednesday, 8th July 2026

Where: Ollie Webb Reserve, Parramatta

Who: Teens aged 13-18 (All skill levels welcome!)

Format: 1-day social mixed grass tournament

Beginner Friendly: No experience needed, our coaches and community will show you the ropes!

Stay Active: Sneak a fantastic day of fitness into your winter school holiday break.

Spirit of the Game: Ultimate Frisbee focuses on fair play, self-refereeing, and mutual respect, making it a highly safe and welcoming environment.
