Women's Capoeira Fitness Class Fun ladies martial arts fitness for any skill level. Mon 7-8pm @ Arkana College Kingsrove. So join us for an hour of fun, sweat, girl power and more!

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines self-defence, acrobatics, music, dance and culture. Instructora Gaivota is a mother of four children and has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry and has a unique understanding of women's and childen's fitness needs. She is one of the leading instructors from Energia da Bahia Capoeira Academy, is a 2nd dan black belt tae-kwon do p

ractitioner and acrobatics instructor. She is also a certified zumba instructor, aerobics instructor, and skilled performer of samba, Afro-Brazilian dance, belly dancing and more! With all this experience under her belt, we can guarantee that our classes are dynamic and fun. Our women's class provides a training space where you can feel comfortable to train to your best ability without feeling shy or self-conscious. You're guaranteed to leave feeling great.
