Intensive Clinic at Sutherland Leisure Centre. Book via our website, limited slots available!

3 x 45 minute sessions:
• 10:30-11:15�• 11:30-12:15�• 12:30-1:15

Up 4 different coaches with different specialties. Each coach will take a group of 4 kids to do more PT styled training in the water with them to give them specialised help on things they need to work on and things they want to learn

At Water Polo Skills these are the interactions we are heavily encouraging.

More often than that kids in sport have questions or misunderstand something a coach has said when it is said in a group setting, so it is important that within any sport that young players have access to 1 on 1 coaching in some capacity, as it allows them to understand a specific aspect that they more than likely can’t comprehend in a rushed setting.
