WE ARE HIRING – Reception and Sales Staff Member
Are you driven, enjoy connecting with others, and have a customer-focused attitude?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Reception and Sales team at Plus Fitness Engadine!
This position combines sales, member engagement and interaction, and gym administrative duties in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Qualities we’re seeking:
➕ Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
➕ Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
➕ Ability to work independently
➕ Availability during gym’s staffed hours; including weeknights until 7:30PM and Saturdays (preferred)
➕ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
➕ Drivers licence, a vehicle, and flexibility to travel to different gym locations as needed
➕ Comfortable with making calls
➕ A desire to contribute to a positive gym culture
