Okay… I may have found the perfect solution for anyone who wants a proper Pilates reformer at home without permanently sacrificing the space. 👏

Meet my new Milaron Pearl Foldable Reformer from Milaron Pilates.

As a Pilates instructor with over 25 years experience, I’m pretty particular about reformers, how the carriage moves, the resistance of the springs, the stability and how easily everything adjusts.

So naturally, I couldn’t wait to unbox this one and put it to the test.

InLife Wellness Crows Nest is opening soon (April 2026), and we’re building a high-quality, community-focused team of Reformer Pilates instructors to grow with us.

We’re seeking experienced Pilates Reformer instructors who value connection just as much as cueing — instructors who enjoy getting to know members by name, contributing to studio culture, and being part of a supportive, professional team.

This role is ideal for you if you:
* Love teaching well-structured, functional and engaging Reformer classes
* Thrive in a community environment rather than a drop-in model
* Enjoy being involved, collaborative, and part of a team
* Take pride in quality teaching, professionalism, presence, and care

Requirements:
* Recognised Pilates Reformer Certification
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Current professional insurance

Let’s talk about one of the most underrated core burners—the C Curve Box Series 💥

Whether you’re facing the back or rotating from the side, this spicy series delivers deep ab engagement, juicy oblique activation, and a delicious stretch through the spine.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

🧠 Setup Tips:
✔ Sit tall on the short or long box
✔ Hips close to the front edge of the box
✔ Spine in a strong, controlled flexion (C curve)—think lifted, not collapsed!
✔ Engage pelvic floor + transverse abdominals like you’re zipping up a tight pair of jeans 🙃

💪 Muscles Worked:
• Transverse abdominis
• Obliques (hello, rotations!)
• Erector spinae (especially when returning upright)
• Hip flexors for stability
