Our small and private studio is located on the corner of Old South Head Rd and Flood Street in Bondi Junction. It is a safe and friendly environment where we ensure personalised service and the most expert guidance for a pain free and active future. To us, fitness is like money. One doesn't earn money for the sake of having money but rather for the opportunity that having money affords you. It's the same with fitness. You don't get fit for the sake of being fit but rather for all the other amazing opportunities that being fit enables you to partake in.
