Sometimes life gets so busy that we drift away from the things we love. Yoga has always been my passion—it’s not just exercise, it’s become a way of life. From attending 15 to 20 classes a week to barely finding time for myself, I know how easy it is to let it slip…

That’s why I’m bringing yoga back into my life—and inviting you to join me! 💛

I’m starting adult yoga sessions to share the joy and benefits of this wonderful practice with a minimal fee: $15 per session.

🕕 Class Schedule:

Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM

Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM

📍 Venue: Unit 2, 9A Hawkesbury Rd, Westmead
