Every Monday & Thursday night Dance fitness class... Our classes are filled with a variety of music, some of the latest hits & disco lights too... They are designed for all fitness levels, ages & experience...High or low impact, the choice is yours... Just wear comfortable workout clothes & joggers, bring a bottle of water, a towel and leave your troubles at the door... No need to book... Your 1st
