Attack The Line (A.T.L) Basketball Skills Training, Boxing, Group Fitness, Personal Training, Sports Coaching & Dance Whatever age you are, there is no harm in improving your fitness!

Just like many other personal trainer's (PT's) and sports coaching business, our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle, maintaining and improving general fitness and conditioning and improving your sporting abilities (team or individual training) where possible. Our goal is to get to where you want to be, at your pace but at the same time give you the drive and confidence. We can guide you where

to go, it's up to you how you want to get there, hence the term "Attack The Line". Overall we want you to enjoy and have fun.

Dynamic loading: Benefits of adding Chains and Bands.

Using dynamic loading increases the weight as each link is raised off the floor, adding weight to the overall load. Bands impart greater resistance as they stretch and build tension.

Also benefit for stability loading too.
