Covid-19 Update:

Classes have ceased for the year.

We will start again Monday February 1st 2021.

(We are unable to start sooner as the landlord will not allowed back into the training hall before then)

Have a good break and try to do a little excercise we before we start classes again.

Due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, classes have been suspended indefinitely.

This is a first in my 45 years of karate.

The health of the students and their families is a priority and we must all do our best to help stop the spread of the virus by limiting contact with others, as stipulated by the government.

I will keep you updated and let you know as soon as classes can commence.
